Like many tech professionals, I first fell in love with design and development only. The creativity, the challenge, the joy of bringing ideas to life. That passion gave me the confidence to launch my first agency in 2020. I took on anything I could learn from: Facebook marketing, website development, virtual assistant services.
Interestingly, I learned more on what made people click, what kept them engaged, and what helped them trust a brand online. I became curious about user-psychology – how design and experience shape the decisions people make.
My first agency, Happy 2 Help, eventually evolved to provide virtual assistant support chiropractic professionals across Australia.
As I explore more in the industry of health care and wellness, I realised that their online presence often starts and ends with social media, even though a strong digital platform could open new growth opportunities and make their patients’ online experience smoother.
That realization inspired me to shift my focus back to web development with a clearer mission: to help healthcare and wellness experts build smart, intentional websites that reflect their care and amplify their impact.
Today, my goal is to become a trusted website partner for healthcare and wellness businesses — a commitment rooted in helping providers strengthen their digital presence and grow with confidence.
