2. Is the 10-day development period real or just another gimmick?
Yes, it’s absolutely real. We’ve refined our process to efficiently design, build, and optimize your website in just 10 days.
The Perfect10 includes 10 primary pages (like Home, About, Services, Contact, etc.) and reusable templates for additional pages such as blog posts or service expansions.
3. I have existing pages already that are not considered primary pages. Are those included in the development period?
Yes, we’ll identify your 10 primary pages before development starts to keep the process smooth and efficient. We’ll try to include your other pages within the build if time allows. However, if extra work affects the timeline, we provide 5 days extension for $200 or enroll to in one of our Growth Support Plans to ensure your website remains optimized and consistent.
4. Can I get to own the design afterwards?
Absolutely! You’ll receive full ownership of your Figma design link and all associated assets. We only request permission to showcase your website and link back to it in our portfolio, which actually benefits you through valuable backlinks and added visibility.
5. What about revisions?
For design, we include 2 rounds of revisions to refine your layout and visuals.
For development, we allow unlimited revisions within 10 days.
The 10-day clock pauses if we don’t receive your feedback within 24–48 hours, giving you breathing space without penalty.
After that, we’ll proceed with the finalization to meet our 10-day commitment.
If you need extra time or features, you can enroll in a 5-day extension program for just $200.
6. What are my expected deliverables?
You’ll receive:

9. Who am I going to work with?
You’ll primarily communicate with Bryan, who handles discovery, strategy, and development.
You’ll also meet Junah, our finance and client relations lead, ensuring smooth coordination.
10. Are you just another agency or freelancer?
Not quite. We combine the personal touch of a freelancer with the systems and quality of an agency.

11. How much does a typical website project cost and how long does it take?
Our Perfect10 Website Package costs $1,400 AUD and is completed in 10 days.
For comparison, most Australian agencies charge $4,000–$8,000+ and take 8–12 weeks to complete similar projects often without SEO or automation included.
12. Do I really need SEO?
Yes. SEO ensures your website gets discovered by the right audience. Every Perfect10 project comes with on-page and technical SEO built-in to improve your Google visibility from day one.
13. When do I need automation for my website?
Once you start spending hours manually replying to leads or following up with clients, it’s time to automate. We integrate smart tools, such as email responders, contact forms, and CRM systems, to save you time and increase conversions.
14. What are your payment terms?
You’ll get your design completely free (with 2 rounds of revisions).
Once you approve and move to development, we require 50% upfront and 50% after completion.
The final invoice will also include any extra services you’ve added during development.
15. What about due dates?
- Design phase: No strict due date, but limited to 2 rounds of revisions.
- Development phase: 10 days total, with optional 5-day extensions ($200) if needed.
16. What’s your payment process?
All transactions are processed via Wise (formerly TransferWise). It’s safe, fast, and ideal for international clients. You’ll receive detailed instructions with your invoice.
17. Are there any additional taxes or fees?
None. All quoted prices already include transfer fees and applicable charges. What you see is what you pay.
18. What happens after development is done?
We offer Monthly Growth Support Plans to help your site stay optimized, secure, and performing at its best — from SEO and automation to content updates and reporting.
19. Am I required to avail the Growth Support Plan?
No, but it’s highly recommended if you want to keep improving your website and stay competitive without relying heavily on paid ads.
20. How will I track the project’s progress and communicate?
We’ll use Trello to track tasks and progress, and communicate via Slack or WhatsApp, whichever works best for you. You’ll always know where your project stands.
